These Terms and Conditions BetBolt and forms a legally binding agreement with all registered members. By visiting betbolt.world, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

The following conditions must be met to register and use services on BetBolt:

• Age: Members must be at least 18 years of age. betbolt verifies age through the KYC process — underage registration is not permitted.
• One Account: Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may result in withdrawal delays.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of others or for third parties is strictly prohibited.

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Never share your betbolt login password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it is the most effective way to protect your account.
• betbolt will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or chat. If anyone does, it's a scam.
• If your betbolt account is hacked or compromised, betbolt will investigate; however, betbolt is not liable for any losses resulting from the account holder's own negligence.

You can deposit at BetBolt using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Deposits must be made from the member's own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• betbolt does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made from BetBolt. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Amounts below this cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus Balance: Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — full details are in Section 8.
• Pending Bet: Any amount tied to unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn.

Once you receive a confirmation message after placing a bet on BetBolt, it will be considered an accepted bet. betbolt reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• When incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• When a pre-match bet is accepted after the event has already started due to a system error
• When evidence of fraudulent activity by a member is found

Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment. The odds that are active at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — any changes after that will not affect previously placed bets.

If a cricket or football match is cancelled or suspended due to rain, bad weather, or any other reason, BetBolt settles bets according to the following rules:

• Cancelled Before Match Start: All bets will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• Suspended After Start (cricket): Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are valid. If no result is reached, the bet is voided.
• Abandoned After Start (football): If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, bets are generally voided. However, certain markets that have already been settled may be considered valid.
• Venue Change: If a match is moved to a neutral venue, bets generally remain valid. If the home or away venue changes, betbolt will issue a separate notice.
• Cancellation During a Live Bet: Live bets will also be voided if the result has not yet been determined.

All bonuses and promotions at BetBolt are offered under specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 5x wagering requirement (at minimum odds of 1.50) must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are withdrawable, excluding the original free bet stake. Free bets are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Abuse: If betbolt finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BetBolt platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any other illegal activity
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system
• Hacking, using bots, or deploying automated software on betbolt's systems
• Using the platform to launder money or clean funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using another person's account
